PROCESSING, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Processing 

All processed orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed in a period of 24hrs. Orders made Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday. 

Shipping 

We offer worldwide shipping. All domestic orders will be shipped by USPS with delivery between 2-3 business days. Allow 7 to 12 working days for international shipments. 

Return Policy 

All of our jewelry pieces include proper care instructions. In the random case of a manufacturer defect, we will gladly provide a store credit within 7 days of purchase. For any reason, earrings cannot be exchange. There is no money refund.  

Missing Items / Incomplete Orders

Any claim regarding missing items, packing errors, or incomplete orders must be reported within 24 to 72 hours after the purchase or delivery date.

All claims are subject to internal review and verification, including but not limited to the purchase receipt, order details, inventory records, packaging process, camera footage, and any available evidence.

After this period, Carolina Jewelry does not guarantee an automatic replacement, refund, or store credit for any missing item claim.
